At midday, stop and enjoy a traditional Argentinian barbecue (asado), prepared in the open air and served with local wine, appetizers, and dessert.

Across Argentina, annual festivals still showcase their horsemanship, music, and camaraderie, keeping alive a heritage that you will be able to glimpse and feel during your ride in the Andes.
